You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. bingofun reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
bingofun accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your bingofun wallet upon confirmation of payment. bingofun does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. bingofun targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems and verification requirements.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bingofun reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on the bingofun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingofun is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
Note: bingofun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bingofun are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
bingofun reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new bonus can be applied to their account.
All games available on the bingofun Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the bingofun system.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bingofun reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. bingofun will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. bingofun is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's internet disconnection during a game round.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bingofun Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingofun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bingofun Platform.
bingofun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingofun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The bingofun Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
bingofun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bingofun Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bingofun implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and bingofun cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

You may close your bingofun account at any time by contacting bingofun customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
bingofun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bingofun reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bingofun reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including both real-money and bonus funds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bingofun Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bingofun customer support. bingofun will endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes, bingofun's records of game results shall be considered conclusive evidence of the outcome, unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
bingofun reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bingofun will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the bingofun Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.
